Published 15.02.2022 Passengers must have:
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 7 days and at most 270 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) or Sinovac; or
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated and received a booster dose; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate and a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they received one vaccine dose. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP) or Sinovac.
- This does not apply to:
- nationals and residents of Finland;
- passengers arriving from Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or Vatican City (Holy See);
- residents of Bahrain, Chile, Chinese Taipei, Colombia, Hong Kong (SAR China), Kuwait, Macao (SAR China), New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Uruguay arriving directly from these countries;
- military personnel;
- passengers with a diplomatic passport traveling on duty;
- passengers born in 2007 or later.
