- This does not apply to:
- nationals of Cyprus, their spouses and children;
- residents of Cyprus;
- nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland;
- passengers arriving from Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Colombia, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong (SAR China), Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao (SAR China), Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Rwanda, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Uruguay or Vatican City (Holy See);
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (Covishield), Covaxin, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP), Sinovac or Sputnik V at most 9 months before arrival;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (Covishield), Covaxin, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP), Sinovac or Sputnik V, and they received a booster dose;
- passengers with a digital COVID-19 recovery certificate and a positive COVID-19 test taken at most 180 days before departure.
- Passengers must complete their application for a Cyprus Flight Pass at most 48 hours before the departure at https://www.cyprusflightpass.gov.cy .
- Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure; or
- a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (Covishield), Covaxin, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP), Sinovac or Sputnik V at most 9 months before arrival;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (Covishield), Covaxin, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Nuvaxovid (Novavax), Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), Sinopharm (BIBP), Sinovac or Sputnik V, and they received a booster dose;
- passengers with a digital COVID-19 recovery certificate and a positive COVID-19 test taken at most 180 days before departure.
- Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at their own expense.
- This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
