- Passengers must complete a "Declaracion de Sanidad del Viajero" upon arrival; or
- present a QR code obtained at https://dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/ .
- Nationals of Cuba residing in Cuba without a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated are subject to hotel quarantine for 8 days at their own expense.
- This does not apply to:
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with a medical certificate of contraindication who cannot be vaccinated.

- Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.

- Passengers could be subject to medical screening and a COVID-19 RT-PCR test upon arrival.
- Passengers could be subject to quarantine for 8 days.
- Airline crew staying more than 48 hours in Cuba must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated; and
- are subject to a COVID-19 RT-PCR test upon arrival.
