  1. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure.
  • This does not apply to:
  • passengers younger than 12 years;
  • passengers traveling to Saba;
  • passengers traveling to Bonaire with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated.
  1. Passengers traveling to Bonaire with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated, must have:
  • a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure; or
  • a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure.
  • This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
  1. Passengers traveling to Bonaire without a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure who were previously infected with COVID-19 must have:
  • a positive COVID-19 PCR test taken at least 11 days and at most 180 days before arrival; and
  • a positive COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure; or
  • a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure; or
  • a positive COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure and a medical certificate showing that they are not contagious. The medical certificate must be in in Dutch, English, German French, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.
  1. Passengers traveling to Bonaire must have a completed Health Declaration Form obtained at least 24 hours and at most 12 hours before departure at https://bonairepublichealth.org/en/form
  2. Passengers traveling to Bonaire are subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival.
  3. Passengers traveling to St. Eustatius must register at https://ehas-statia.eu.bric.solutions/form/85e9a7e8-7281-4d9d-8d05-678ac359900d/step/1 at most 72 hours before arrival.
  4. Passengers traveling to Saba must:
  • have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; and
  • obtain an EHAS approval at http://www.sabatourism.com/entry-form The COVID-19 test requirement does not apply to passengers younger than 11 years.
