CONNECT TO NODE FOR CONFIG AND MESSAGING OPERATION

Actual Behavior

MAKES PORT IN DEVICE MANAGER, SHOWS TO BE CONNECTED IN SOFTWARE, BUT TIMER NEVER STOPS AND CONFIGURATION NEVER COMPLETES.
