[Feature Request]: indicate device is rebooting web ui / python CLi

Problem Statement

Hi !
When configuring a device using web ui, most of the time it provoques an auto reboot of the device.
But when you are connected to it via e.g. wifi , it is most of time not close to you, so do not see it rebooting. Worse if device does not have a display.
A text saying device rebooting when you send the using "save" button would be great to have a clue on why it is not responding for a moment.
Same issue when using command line / python commands, a return like "rebooting, please wait" could be good.
