The heltec v4 is also sold as the heltec v4 wifi LoRa 32 Expansion kit which has an full tft

The hardware-list.json added it as "hasMui" : false, as such there is no option in the flasher to enable the Mui and install the -tft build. Manually downloading the tft firmware (firmware-heltec-v4-tft-2.7.18.fb3bf78.bin) and flashing it using the web flasher works.
If there is a tool to update the hardware-list.json that might need to be adjusted heltec v4 had tft support on the merge. Another option might be to add a sanity tool to catalog all build firmwares and correlate them to entries in the hardware-list.json. Where the -tft builds would require a 'hasMui': true
