Configuration from Meshsync CRD

Current Behavior

Currently Meshsync uses hardcoded configs for resources it needs to discover and listen to. This is does not scale as one has to continuously edit code to change the resources it observes.

Desired Behavior

Update Meshysnc use the Meshsync CRD get configs in a dynamic manner
