Add Meshsync Configs to Meshery Operator CRD

Current Behavior

Meshsync gets its config from a hard coded configuration file manually updated and committed to source control.
The Meshery Operator CRD does not have Meshsync Configuration

Desired Behavior

Add Meshsync configuration to the Meshery Operator
