2.0 Allow repeaters to be bots via USB connection #445

Being able to run https://github.com/SpudGunMan/meshing-around at the repeater level would be nice to have so the companion does not need to be used to run a bot on the mesh. USB to the node is how I see this working. Personally I would run this with a pi zero (w2 or orange 3) with a station g2 as the node.
