It would be good to be able to have files edited locally that can be committed into Trac at a later time, some examples include working on wiki pages offline when internet is not available (say, on a plane).
I'm thinking munging the handling of a lack of trac-rpc-endpoint in tracwiki-commit to see if we want to associate the page with an end point and go from there.
