rtl_watch v4.0 adds HTTP to MQTT as a data-source option

v4.0 of rtl_watch adds the option to use an HTTP stream from the rtl_433 server as an alternative to MQTT as the data source. For those who don't want to, or haven't, set up mosquito service on their rtl_433 server, just adding output http to the rtl_433.conf file will enable HTTP service and allow rtl_watch to monitor the devices in your neighborhood with -S HTTP added to the rtl_watch command line.

Statistics are computed as in v3 (no changes). A bug that caused rtl_watch to always ignore TPMS records has been corrected (use the -t switch to the rtl_watch command line to enable inclusion of TPMS records).
