Here are some points highlighted by some users:

1. Sharing more information on what the MVEL supports. I now use things like this: $(mx.getVal.input.ContractValue) > 1000000 && $(mx.getVal.input.PersonLevel) == 1 and that works nicely, but it is not clear from the docs.
