My Issue/Suggestion
There is an error in the documentation - https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/date-and-time-handling/#to-localize-or-not-to-localize
It states only localized attributes are converted to the time zone of the user when displaying their value this is not correct, it displays their value according to the client. My signed-in user is assigned a time zone of GMT+09:00, I'm in GMT+02:00 (The time that is reflected for the localized date)
