Update helm chart on ArtifactHub

I noticed that the Helm chart on ArtifactHub has not been updated to reflect the changes made in recent release.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I think it can be updated with instructions from #235
The Repository url should be https://mend.github.io/renovate-ce-ee

I don't think so, the old relreases can still be found on new url.
