Following #602 we have some notable env vars that could more accurately inform some downstream attributes.

is_ci_environment can incorporate the CI env var flag
github details can be parsed out to the execution level
potentially use codespaces name as flag for our demo vs the project dir hash
explore using github details to flag ephemeral project IDs
