I appreciate your response, but I humbly request you to please reconsider the decision regarding my complaint (Order ID: HOVPQSORI75442).

While your records may show the package was intact at the time of delivery, the reality after unboxing was very different. The oil can was completely damaged and less than 1 litre remained out of 5 litres. This is not a minor issue — the product was unusable.

I am not looking to take any legal or public steps — I trust Zepto's commitment to customer satisfaction. I have photo/video proof of the damage and am happy to share it again if required.

I request you to kindly escalate this matter internally and process a full refund, or offer a suitable resolution.
