How to install on Windows ; readme is a mess

Once I do
poetry update && poetry install && poetry build in a folder where the repo was cloned
I get

Note: This error originates from the build backend, and is likely not a problem with poetry but with atomicwrites (1.4.1) not supporting PEP 517 builds. You can verify this by running 'pip wheel --use-pep517 "atomicwrites (==1.4.1)"'.

I guess you have to do this command inside "Git Bash"

edit : I did this poetry command and pip install --force-reinstall dist/*.whl in "Git bash"

but I get :

$ dumpgenerator --help
bash: dumpgenerator: command not found

I tried to reopen bash git, same.

I have to go manually inside C:\Users\ngermann01\AppData\Local\pypoetry\Cache\virtualenvs\wikiteam3-nKU9tNCP-py3.11\Scripts with git bash

and do ./dumpgenerator --help there

I don't get this problem, probably because I have C:\Python\Scripts in the PATH environment variable, (it can be added by running systempropertiesadvanced.exe). See the section "Windows Dependencies" in the readme.
