Update useCarousel - timeline based transition

I believe the current useCarousel together with the other related hooks could be improved by changing the current core functionality, directly transforming child position onDrag by having the onDrag scrubbing a timeline with the preset positioning and sizing for each item.

I found a demo in codepen that represents best I mean.

We can keep the high level architecture, but it will require rework on calculations and timeline creation.
