Sure target process must be ran before injection. Shtreeba is a much more than a CSGO injector, it created to evasion heuristic anti-viruses/anti-malwares and to inject anything anywhere (at least on 32bit) and it's fun that after 3 years it suddenly become extreme popular for resistance to VAC enhancing at early 2021. I am thinking about adding special CSGO mode (with additional "VAC bypass" for Steam itself) in next major update/refactoring somewhen in next few weeks (only if this will not decrease overall disguise).
