When the code editor scrolls (on macOS), the entire visible gutter gets redrawn on each scroll event, instead just the newly disclosed part (plus a safe area). This doesn't seem to be caused by our code. Is it framework behaviour? Does it have something to do with the use of floating views in a scroll view?
