Follow up from #88 & #87:

1. update terminal prints (e.g., duplicate done-s and general process flow)
2. wiki update
3. add npm install for new puppeteer
4. add timestamp to Excel artifact
5. Possible changes in the MSFT API throttling limitations and API requests that affect copilot hunter by the time the scan reaches 3-word bots (maybe they are more restrictive now then earlier, we need to research to verify and perform changes if needed).
6. Check possible duplicate entries in Excel artifact
