As referenced in #70 there currently no declaration file for using this package with typescript

I was created simple declaration for it. Declaration can be found here: https://gist.github.com/sergeyshevch/96067830669ae62aef7fd5aeba9ea640

Later I will add PR to definitely typed for add this declaration as @types/vue-burger-menu
