Commit f50c6e5 should already have improved the situation a lot by fixing #16.

When i set "document feeder" or "duplex mode" in Not Another PDF Scanner 2 i get, "the driver doesnt support feeder or duplex". My scanner (Avision AV220) supports duplex with in sane. So how can i fix this issue?
