Add slight delay to timer once pressed

It would be nice to have a 1-2 (or customisable) second countdown between pressing the start button and when the timer actually starts to countdown to get into the position.

I know it's insignificant that when I log 60 seconds it's really only 59/58 but still...

It's counter-intuitive, makes simple timer too smart in my opinion.
