Per the PR here: mautic/mautic#8647 there's an extra step we haven't documented, if you want to use the CCPA do not sell list function.

It should be added to the Maxmind section, I think. We can link to the cron job details: https://docs.mautic.org/en/5.x/configuration/cron_jobs.html#maxmind-ccpa-compliance-cron-job using an XREF.
