ShaderGlass won't open in Windows 10 laptop

When I open the program on my Windows 11 device, it works great. But when I attempt to open the program on my Windows 10 laptop, it opens a window for almost one second and then closes instantly. I've tried everything I can think of and this program is still unusable on my laptop. This has become a real problem for me.
