Accounts get out of sync over time

I've only seen this in the phone app (android for me). I have a good 15 or so accounts all on the standard 30 second timer. If I leave it open and switch to another app and then come back after a bit of time. I notice that some of the accounts are at a different place in time then others. Particularly ones that were not in view when I switched back to the app. Shouldn't they all be using the same system clock to generate?

If I close and reopen the app everything syncs up again.

Yes this is a known bug, I left it out because it wasn't the priority at the time. But now it is certainly one of the first bugs to be solved on the app.
