There is a bug in the Model.mut_param_heatmap and ModelCollection.mut_param_heatmap that assumes the sitemap index will be an integer. but this is obviously not the case for lett-suffixed sites which we allow.

We should be sure to add a test with letter-suffixed sites for each of the charts.
