sys租户创建cluster级别的pitr,再创建cdc任务报错

Steps to Reproduce

create  pitr pitr_cluster for cluster  range 24 'h';
./mo_cdc task create --task-name "cdc_table" --source-uri="mysql://ac1:admin:[email protected]:6001" --sink-type="mysql" --sink-uri="mysql://root:mo123456@10.222.1.129:3306" --start-ts='2025-01-20T07:40:21+00:00' --end-ts='2025-01-20T14:30:00+00:00'  --tables="ac1_db.orders:ac1_db1_mysql.orders" --level="table"
