cdc 到下游时会遇到各种错误，例如mo和mysql有些类型都支持，但是支持的范围不一致，（可能还有别的情况）会出现这部分数据同步到下游报错，现在的现象是如果有报错，表内所有的数据无法同步。

Describe the feature you'd like

增加 error-handle-option 可选参数，用来控制当向下游同步数据的时候，如果遇到了错误并到达重试时间：5 分钟后如何工作。默认 stop，表示停止该表的同步，可设置为ignore,表示跳过此错误，继续往下同步。
