TikTok and SnapChat appear as both website and a Social Network referrers in reports #95

The visits log and the referrers report show multiple types of referrers for TikTok and SnapChat. I am not sure how Matomo determines that a referrer is either a website or a Social Network for these sites, but it seems their traffic should only be categorised as social...

Just to check: is the problem only that it's not consistently allocating the same referrer type, or is there also double counting of data?

@Stan-vw This seems to only be an attribution/allocation issue, no duplications observed.
