Currently the option to block countries is handled by the Tracking Spam Prevention plugin but this applies to all websites within a subscription. Would it be possible to have an option in the UI to block by country but based upon a specific siteIDs.

SiteIDs do have the ip exclusion option but to block multiple countries manually using ips would be an exhaustive list.
