force scale at startup

Add the ability to force scale at startup, without interactive interaction with the user, to set the desired scale (0.7) and full screen.

Please! This would be so nice. I can't find that functionality anywhere else.

Note that it may be impossible due to security measures implemented in modern browsers: a web page cannot execute some javascript actions without user input. I need to check if this is the case for the full screen / scale actions.
