Makes the background color and grid color for the load graphs configurable instead of being hardcoded to #FFFFFF and #E3E3E3. New GSettings keys added to the schema: * load-graph-background-color (default: #FFFFFF) * load-graph-grid-color (default: #FFFFFF) Fixes: mate-desktop#88

When using a dark theme it stands out quite a bit. Would be nice to be able to select a background color for the graphs such as black or dark grey.
Note: I don't know where this came from, but not against coughing up a few bucks:
