Add confirmation dialog to remove startup programs

ok, another choice: one widget at the bottom with info, for example a gtklabel with: "the name" removed

...and we can know which item was removed accidentally

In terms of usability, it's generally a good practice to ask for confirmation for destructive operations (delete, remove, etc). Users usually expect that too

anyway, the dialog can be added with a gsettings key

after i had a tendonitis some years ago because of mouse-clicks, i don't think that everything needs an confirmation or a notification ;)
