Taunt Items disappear upon Round Defeat

Description

When using a taunt that has an item (Surgeons Squeezebox, The Box Trot, etc.), upon loosing the round, these items disappear.

Reproduction

1. Use a taunt that has an item (Surgeons Squeezebox, The Box Trot, etc.)
2. Loose the round

As a quick note, this isn't exclusive to the item taunts and also happens for taunts like the Frontier Justice's.
I think it may have even been in the game since at least 2011 or 2010.
