Incorrect silkscreen for v_ext #22

Board rev: 2.2

The silk screen for v_ext connectors states "(4.5v, 18v)" where as the schematic states the input voltage range is 3.0v to 40v.

There is also a note on the schematic next to the coax power connector that states 3.3v to 40v which is also inconsistent.
