When I update the .nav-marker-rules file, the plugin doesn't read it until I restart the entire editor and many times the sidebar doesn't even open...

Honestly, Atom seems very slow compared to ST3 but it has one addon I haven't been able to find for ST3 - this one... This addon would be perfect if available for ST3, but I haven't been able to find it so I've been trying Atom out - the only reason I would use the inferior program ( slow, doesn't seem to have multithreaded support, doesn't seem to precache all of the variables, function names, etc... in a project, and doesn't make it easy to search for them - with ST3 using Find doesn't prevent you from coding, it can happen in the background, although it typically happens instantly or under 1 second...
How am I supposed to add rules and test them if I have to restart the entire application each and every single time I make a change? If I make a typo, the red box comes up once but if the app crashes, then the error is lost and there is no way to recover the sidebar without time-consuming methods...
Please add a way for the system to auto-refresh..
I've also tried nav-marker too but it seems to have the same issues.
Note: I'm using .nav-marker-rules file in the project root directory...
