Incorrect image when zoom level is not an integer #111

If my map zoom is an integer the image of my map is correct.

However if i set the zoomDelta to 0.25 for example and the zoom then is no longer an integer number, the map image is incorrect. Often it just shows blue sea rather than the map that is on my screen.

Any ideas?
