Changes needed as mapbox-gl-native is public archive #59

This is not a bug but a clarification that I need.

The mapbox-gl-native repository is now Public Archive. I have the below questions:

Will the direction on C++ usage change at Mapbox ?
What are the other major projects in C++ at Mapbox ?

Please update the README with changes that may be needed due to the new status of mapbox-gl-native
