Hi, I'm the administrator of mantisbt.
An user create a ticket from mantisbt.
I receive the message on TelegramBot
I select the message and I choose REPLY.
Then I write an answer and when I send the message, TelegramBot says that my message is attached to a ticket with different ID.
Checking it on mantisbt is the truth: my answer is attached to the wrong ticket.
Sometimes, replying, TelegramBot says that the ticket is not found, because he tries to attach to a wrong ticket id

This is the screenshot where you can look
bug_id to which the comment should have been added: 69
bug_id to which the comment was added is erroneous; 16
comment id was 92, but I delete it from mantisbt, because it was linked to a bug of another customer, then I wrote manually from mantisbt with comment_id 93

Do you happen to have plugin event logging enabled?
$g_log_level = LOG_ALL or LOG_PLUGIN
If so, could you send me a log (most likely these events will be located in error.log)?
