Unified interface through which to call abitrary modules

Modules now use a standard invocation script to pass arguments and data to the module itself. This allows developers to use the language of their choice to code a module, and will make our development easier in the long run.

8-7-23: Some change broke this feature, and now it doesn't work. We will need to rethink the logic.
