pulse2-setup: Fix apache2 conf.d dir #53

In new Apache 2.4 packaged in Jessie or latest Ubuntu LTS, /etc/apache2/conf.d/ directory was renamed to /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/.

pulse2-setup should detect the good path.
