develop（開発）、test（テスト）、htdoct（本番）の3つの構成にする
CSSをFLOCSSからECSSへと変更
JSをlib（外部ライブラリ）、module（サイト共通モジュール）、namespace以下（名前空間ごと）に分割
hologramからaigisに変更
EJSのbodyClassなどのページ専用の機能を削除する
パンくずは直書きに変更
開発、テスト、本番用の3つのディレクトリにわける
