jQuery 1.12.0 cause horizontal scrollbar to shrink #657

When using jQuery vesrion 1.12 and malihu 3.1.5 some bugs appears on the horizontal scrollbar:

On the right we can see that the bug, on the left is older version that works:

We can see 2 diffrences:

The right and left buttons are missing from the DOM.
The horizontal scrollbar is drawn inside the vertical scrollbar.
