Chrome Caret Browsing Shortcut is interfering with F7 Shortcut #119

If I set F7 in the 3VRX settings it works as long as the settings window is still open. As soon as I hit okay it doesn't work anymore.
The root issue comes from chrome which doesn't pass through F7 to other Applications when its opened.
