Monitor restarts on each start up

Every time I start or restart the pc, my monitor always restarts automatically when it's time to load 3RVX, as I've allowed to start on start up. Is it a driver issue? I have the latest drivers installed and the weird thing is the monitor restarts faster than it normally does, lighting up directly after the SAMSUNG logo appears. Normally it takes 2-3 seconds after the logo appears. I got Windows 10 Enterprise x64, GPU is GTX 1060 6GB, latest NVIDIA drivers, monitor is SAMSUNG T24D390EW (although I doubt it's relevant). I deleted the program to test it out and now it doesn't restart, so I'm pretty sure it's the software. Maybe I should mess with the priorities? Idk
