Keep lists with checkboxes can't be converted

Finding this project really got my hopes up... I'm not sure it's the checkboxes, though, since I when I hide them and use takeout... still doesn't work.

Any ideas how to get this to work?

Can you send me a section, file, or files from your takeout that don't work? If that's not an option, can you prepare a test note that you could send?

It could be that the format on the latest takeouts are different.
