Prepare a Docker environment

Setting up a simple Makumba jsp app was quite complicated more than a decade ago. We got around that by providing full downloadable bundles and later by hosting the complete development environment online (using parade). Naturally other people had similar problems and have developed and used Docker to solve them.

Example easy to use docker composition:
